Welcome to Amparion.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Amparion mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all additional policies referenced here.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
Amparion – The company operating the Amparion Platform in the Philippines.
Platform – The Amparion app, website, and any digital services we provide.
User / Customer – Anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.
Merchant / Store Partner – Businesses that offer their products or services through the Platform.
Delivery Partner / Rider – Individuals or entities who provide delivery and logistics services.
Order – A confirmed purchase made by a User through the Platform.
Products – Any items available for purchase, including groceries, food, pharmacy items, household goods, store merchandise, and parcels.
By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Amparion acts as an intermediary connecting Users with independent Merchants and Delivery Partners.
Amparion does not own, manufacture, or sell the products listed by Merchants.
Delivery Partners are independent contractors, not employees of Amparion.
Amparion’s role is limited to providing the platform, processing payments, and coordinating customer support.
You must create an account to access most features of the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Amparion is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Product prices, descriptions, and availability are determined by the Merchants.
All payments must be made using the approved payment methods on the Platform.
Once an order is confirmed, it will be forwarded for fulfillment.
Delivery fees, service charges, and applicable taxes may apply.
Amparion may cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud.
Delivery times provided on the Platform are estimates and may vary.
Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
Amparion and its partners will take reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery.

You agree not to:
Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
Disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s operation;
Bypass payment systems or engage in fraudulent behavior;
Provide false information or impersonate another person.
Amparion may suspend or terminate accounts involved in any prohibited activities.
All trademarks, content, graphics, and materials on the Platform are owned or licensed by Amparion.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without prior written permission.
Amparion functions only as a facilitator between Users, Merchants, and Delivery Partners.
We are not responsible for:
The quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products sold by Merchants;
Delays, damages, or losses caused during delivery by Delivery Partners;
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila.
Amparion may update these Terms from time to time.
Users will be notified of significant changes through the Platform or via email.
