Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or not the correct product.

  • The merchant cannot fulfill the order due to item unavailability.

  • The delivery partner fails to complete the delivery even after payment has been made.

Refund Guidelines:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery through the Amparion app or our support email.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
