Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
The item delivered is damaged, defective, or not the correct product.
The merchant cannot fulfill the order due to item unavailability.
The delivery partner fails to complete the delivery even after payment has been made.
Refund Guidelines:
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery through the Amparion app or our support email.
Once approved, refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
